Francis Preston 
Francis was born on August 3rd, 1778 in Harford County, Maryland. Francis' father was Barnard Preston Jr and his mother was Elizabeth Rebecca Downing. His paternal grandparents were Barnard Preston and Sarah Ruff; his maternal grandparents were Francis Downing and Susannah Wells. He was an only child. He died at the age of 95 on April 30th, 1874 in Mason County, Kentucky.General Notes
