George W. Rizer II

George was born on October 28th, 1799 in Maryland.¹   George's father was George W. Rizer and his mother was Margaret "Peggy" Ambrose.  His maternal grandfather was William Henry Ambrose and his maternal grandmother is Sarah. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Jacob, William, Benjamin, Philip, Anne, Catherine, Sophia, Hetty and Maria.  He was the fifth oldest of the ten children.
