William M. Steward

William was born about 1822. William's father was Amasa Steward and his mother was Regina Medaris. His maternal grandparents were Oliver Medaris and Wilmuth Redmond. He had four brothers and five sisters, named David, Amasa, Robert, John, Eliza, Elizabeth, Delilah, Mary and Nancy. He was the oldest of the ten children.
