Frank B Williams

Frank was born in 1899. Frank's father was William Richard Williams and his mother was Elizabeth Medaris. His maternal grandparents were Levi White Medaris and Agnes Taylor. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Alfred, William, Walter, Williams, Emily, Margaret and Ethel. He was the third youngest of the eight children.
