Jacob Henry Ambrose 
Jacob was born on August 16th, 1857 in Mason County, Illinois.1 Jacob's father was Jacob Henry Ambrose and his mother was Phoebe Ann Adair. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Ambrose and Elizabeth. He had four brothers and five sisters, named George, William, John, Elmer, Becky, Rosina, Mary, Mattie and Laura. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 50 on July 3rd, 1908 in Nooksack, Whatcom County, Washington. He was buried on July 12th, 1908 in Washington Cemetery, Gravity, Iowa.2 3 Death Notes
