Kenneth was born on May 17th, 1943 in Enid, Oklahoma. Kenneth's father was John Davis Carter and his mother is Dorothy May Chaplin. His maternal grandparents were Grover Grandon Chaplin and Emma Bluhm. He had a sister named Lois. He was the younger of the two children.
