Velma Josephine Chaplin 
Velma was born on October 30th, 1910 in Medford, Oklahoma. Velma's father was Grover Grandon Chaplin and her mother was Emma Bluhm. Her paternal grandparents were Aaron Ross Chaplin and Matilda Josephine Webster. She had three brothers and a sister, named Harold, Veryl, Grover and Dorothy. She was the oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 85 on May 26th, 1996 in Enid, Oklahoma.-
