Salathiel George Davis

Salathiel was born on December 18th, 1856 in Spencer, Owen County, Indiana.  Salathiel's father was Alexander Davis and his mother was Jane Buskirk.  His paternal grandparents were George Davis and Rozilla; his maternal grandparents were John Buskirk and Mary Terry. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Norman, Salatis, William, Elizabeth, Charles, Sarah, Samilda, Davis, Hester and Marietta.  He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 79 in November 1936.
