Charles Virgil Duncan 
Charles was born on December 14th, 1922 in Allensburg, Ohio. Charles' father was George Otis Duncan and his mother was Rose Hannah Judy. His paternal grandparents were Charles Leslie Duncan and Callie Ecta Webster. He had four brothers and a sister, named Howard, Delbert, John, Hanson and Mary. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died due to cancer at the age of 75 on September 3rd, 1998 in Highland County, Ohio. He was buried on September 7th, 1998 in Troutwine Cemetery.-
