Delbert Dale Duncan 
Delbert was born on July 24th, 1925 in Allensburg, Ohio. Delbert's father was George Otis Duncan and his mother was Rose Hannah Judy. His paternal grandparents were Charles Leslie Duncan and Callie Ecta Webster. He had four brothers and a sister, named Howard, Charles, John, Hanson and Mary. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 66 on April 28th, 1992.-
