Kathy Sue Duncan 
Kathy was born on September 20th, 1954 in Wilmington, Clinton County, Ohio. Kathy's father was Delbert Dale Duncan and her mother is Mary Alice Foreman. Her paternal grandparents were George Otis Duncan and Rose Hannah Judy. She had four brothers and a sister, named Gordon, George, James, Jeffery and Sheryl. She was the third oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 41 on January 21st, 1996.General Notes
