Franciszca was born on October 3rd, 1779 in Przytarnia, Bydgoszcz, Poland and her baptism took place on October 3rd, 1779.  Her godfather was Joannes Knut and her godmother was Hedwiga Narlochowa.  Franciszca's father was Stanislaus Korynta and her mother was Marianna. She had three brothers and a sister, named Stefan, Martin, Joseph and Elizabeth.  She was the second youngest of the five children.
