Hiram Bennett Langston 
Hiram was born on August 29th, 1813 in Liberty, Union County, Indiana. Hiram's father was Hiram Bennett Langston and his mother was Mary Brown. His paternal grandparents were Solomon Langston and Sarah Bennett; his maternal grandparents were John Brown and Sarah Weeks. He had five brothers and six sisters, named James, John, Henry, Matthew, William, Sarah, Eliza, Rebecca, Mary, Emily and Henrietta. He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 74 on June 17th, 1888 in Connersville, Fayette County, Indiana. He was buried in June 1888 in Village Creek Cemetery, Connersville, Indiana.-
