Thomas was born on February 16th, 1641 in Boston, Massachusetts.  Thomas' father was Thomas Scotto and his mother was Joan Sanford.  His paternal grandmother was Thomasine. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, Joshua, Mehitable, Sarah and Thomasine.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 1 in 1642 in Boston, Massachusetts.
