Roberta Myrth Van Valkenburgh 
Roberta was born on May 7th, 1924 in Deer Creek, Grant County, Oklahoma. Roberta's father was Alvin Milford Van Valkenburgh and her mother was Osie Blanche Loveless. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Porter Van Valkenburgh and Martha Jane Travis; her maternal grandparents were John Burton Loveless and Roberta Margaret Null. She has two brothers and two sisters, named Bill, Meredith, Martha and Mabel. She is the third oldest of the five children. She had four half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Norman, Glenwood, Alvin, John, Heylin, Lois, Ruth, Alpharetta and Paul.-
