Fendell was born in August 1869 in Fairfax, Highland County, Ohio.  Fendell's father was Lewis Fry Pulse Webster and his mother was Martha Alice Pulliam.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Fendel Webster and Elizabeth Pulse. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Henry, Sylsba, Daniel, George, Salome and Sarah.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 72 on May 3rd, 1942 in Fairfax, Highland County, Ohio.

Fendell's first family

Fendell and Eva were married in 1900.  They had five sons and six daughters, named William, Henry, Robert, Ray, Harry, Lillie, Nellie, Georgeanna, Jesse, Lucy and Marjorie.


Fendell's second family

Fendell and Lillie were married.  They had a son named Thomas.
