William Franklin Webster 
William was born on April 13th, 1863 in Highland County, Ohio. William's father was Lewis Fry Pulse Webster and his mother was Martha Alice Pulliam. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Fendel Webster and Elizabeth Pulse. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Henry, Fendell, Sylsba, Daniel, George, Salome and Sarah. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 37 on February 25th, 1901 in Hamilton County, Ohio.-
