Kenneth was born on April 11th, 1944.  Kenneth's father was Robert Wayne Webster and his mother is Glendola Adella Winkle.  His paternal grandparents were Fendell Augustus Webster and Eva Frances Stultz. He has a sister named Linda.  He is the older of the two children.
