Larry was born on December 15th, 1962.  Larry's father is Franklin Eugene Webster and his mother is Barbara Mae Reed.  His paternal grandparents were Wendell Eugene Webster and Ola Marcelle Healen. He had two brothers and a sister, named Frank, Gary and Tonja.  He is the youngest of the four children.

Larry and Rhonda were married on November 18th, 1989.  They have two sons named Kyle and Tyler.
