Predslava was born before 1019.  Predslava's father was Svyatopolk I, Grand Duke of Kiev and her mother was daughter.  Her paternal grandparents were Saint Vladimir I, Grand Duke of Kiev and Anna; her maternal grandfather was King Boleslaw (the Brave) of Poland I.  She was an only child.
