Caleb Langston

Caleb was born on April 1st, 1801 in South Carolina. Caleb's father was Rev Nathaniel (Nathan) Walton Langston and his mother was Catherine Smith. His paternal grandparents were Absalom Langston and Christian Bennett. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Willis, John, Jacob, Absalom, Sarah, Rachel, Martha, Nancy, Elizabeth, Mary and Gennett. He was the third youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 44 in 1845.
