Martha Langston

Martha was born on May 31st, 1786 in Union County, South Carolina. Martha's father was Rev Nathaniel (Nathan) Walton Langston and her mother was Catherine Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Absalom Langston and Christian Bennett. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Willis, John, Jacob, Caleb, Absalom, Sarah, Rachel, Nancy, Elizabeth, Mary and Gennett. She was the third oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 73 on August 1st, 1859 in Franklin County, Georgia.
