Jane Medaris 
Jane was born on July 17th, 1817. Jane's father was John (Redd) Redmond Medaris and her mother was Rachel Beezley. Her paternal grandparents were Oliver Medaris and Wilmuth Redmond. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Oliver, John, William, Wilmuth, Sarah, Elizabeth, Ann, Rachel, Matilda and Maria. She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 43 in 1860 in Stark County, Illinois.-
