Maria Medaris 
Maria was born in 1828. Maria's father was John (Redd) Redmond Medaris and her mother was Rachel Beezley. Her paternal grandparents were Oliver Medaris and Wilmuth Redmond. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Oliver, John, William, Wilmuth, Sarah, Jane, Elizabeth, Ann, Rachel and Matilda. She was the second youngest of the eleven children.-
