Sally Ann Medaris 
Sally was born in 1854 in Ohio. Sally's father was John Ellsworth Medaris and her mother was Mary Ann Wood. Her paternal grandparents were Abraham Medaris and Charity Ellsworth. She had a brother and two sisters, named Marcellus, Sarah and Henrietta. She was the youngest of the four children.-
