Marcellus Medaris 
Marcellus was born on February 8th, 1846 in Ohio. Marcellus' father was John Ellsworth Medaris and his mother was Mary Ann Wood. His paternal grandparents were Abraham Medaris and Charity Ellsworth. He had three sisters named Sarah, Henrietta and Sally. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 57 on April 18th, 1903 in Springfield, Ohio.-
