George Ridings 
George was born on September 13th, 1813 in Middletown, Frederick County, Virginia. George's father was Dr. Peter Joseph Ridings and his mother was Mary Brotherton. His paternal grandparents were John Ridings and Mary Morris. He had ten brothers and a sister, named Edwin, James, John, William, Joseph, Cyrus, Samuel, Peter, Charles, Isaac and Sarah. He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 60 in 1873.General Notes
He married Susan HERSHMAN and had 4 children.
Moved to Illinois.
