Susanna was born on January 21st, 1808 in Overton County, Tennessee. Susanna's father was Jeremiah Travis and her mother was Margaret Peake. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Travis and Hannah Hutchins; her maternal grandparents were David Peak and Jane Martin. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Martin, John, David, Jeremiah, Annie, Polly and Anna. She died in Indian Grove, Mclean County, Illinois.General Notes
