Elizabeth Ambrose

Elizabeth was born in 1827.¹   Elizabeth's father was Frederick Ambrose and her mother was Mary Ann Poff.  Her paternal grandfather was William Henry Ambrose and her paternal grandmother is Sarah. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Gatch, John, James, Susan and Rebecca.  She was the second oldest of the six children. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Jacob, Peter, Newton and Margaret.  She died at the age of 21 on December 9th, 1848 in Champaign County, Ohio.²
