Nelson Ambrose

Nelson was born about 1835 in Michigan.¹ Nelson's father was Nelson Ambrose and his mother was Wiley Barton. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Ambrose and Sophia Marquart. He had three brothers and a sister, named John, Richard, James and Rebecca. He was the second oldest of the five children.
