Daniel Ambrose

Daniel was born in 1785 in Berkeley County, Virginia.¹   Daniel's father was William Henry Ambrose and his mother is Sarah. He had nine brothers and two sisters, named Mathias, William, Peter, Henry, Philip, John, Frederick, Jacob, Solomon, Peggy and Catherine.  He was the second youngest of the twelve children.  He died about 1865.  He was buried in Ambrose Chapel Cemetery, south of Berkeley Springs, Morgan County, West Virginia.¹
