Richard Quinn Herndon

Richard was born in 1808 in Green County, Virginia. Richard's father was Joel Herndon and his mother was Lucy Quinn. His paternal grandparents were Edward Herndon and Mary Ann Gaines. He had two brothers and two sisters, named James, Benjamin, Emma and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 77 in 1885.
