George Rider McKee 
George was born on March 12th, 1858 in Delaware, Ripley County, Indiana. George's father was Samuel McKee and his mother was Ann Thackery. His paternal grandparents were David McKee and Lydia Billings. He had two brothers and a sister, named David, Samuel and Emily. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named James, Homer, Charles, Helen, Mary and Lydia. He died at the age of 27 on June 22nd, 1885 in Conway, McPherson County, Kansas.-
