Homer Bennett McKee 
Homer was born on May 7th, 1840 in Indiana. Homer's father was Samuel McKee and his mother was Emily Langston. His paternal grandparents were David McKee and Lydia Billings; his maternal grandparents were Hiram Bennett Langston and Mary Brown. He had two brothers and three sisters, named James, Charles, Helen, Mary and Lydia. He was the second oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named David, George, Samuel and Emily. He died at the age of 22 on December 6th, 1862 in Napoleon, Ripley County, Indiana.-
