Thomas was born on February 16th, 1894.  Thomas' father was Fendell Augustus Webster and his mother was Lillie Nace.  His paternal grandparents were Lewis Fry Pulse Webster and Martha Alice Pulliam. He had five half-brothers and six half-sisters, named William, Henry, Robert, Ray, Harry, Lillie, Nellie, Georgeanna, Jesse, Lucy and Marjorie.  He died at the age of 82 on March 27th, 1976 in Highland County, Ohio.

Thomas and Maude were married.  They had a son and a daughter, named Homer and Lilly.
