William Carrie Webster 
William was born on September 4th, 1900. William's father was Fendell Augustus Webster and his mother was Eva Frances Stultz. His paternal grandparents were Lewis Fry Pulse Webster and Martha Alice Pulliam. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Henry, Robert, Ray, Harry, Lillie, Nellie, Georgeanna, Jesse, Lucy and Marjorie. He had a half-brother named Thomas. He died at just 20 days old on September 24th, 1900 in Highland County, Ohio.-
