Lucy Ambrose 
Lucy was born about 1817 in Berkeley County, Virginia.1 Lucy's father was Mathias Ambrose and her mother was Rosanna Clover. Her paternal grandfather was William Henry Ambrose and her paternal grandmother is Sarah; her maternal grandparents were Philip A Clover and Elizabeth. She had seven brothers and six sisters, named David, Ticey, John, Henry, William, George, Joseph, Margaret, Martha, Polly, Rosanna, Hannah and Susannah. She was the second youngest of the fourteen children. She died in Troy, Miami County, Ohio.2 -
