Levi was born on December 27th, 1806 in Highland County, Ohio.  Levi's father was Joseph Creek and his mother was Susannah Gibler. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, West, David, William, Catherine, Phebe, Lydia, Julia Ann, Helen and Susannah.  He was the second oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 20 on April 25th, 1827 in Highland County, Ohio.
