August Carl Reese

August Reese Brothers Carl and Minnie Reese Family

August was born on May 1st, 1873 in Illinois.  August's father was Carl Reese and his mother was Bormei (Minnie). He had four brothers and four sisters, named William, John, Edward, Charles, Emma, Minnie, Meta and Anna.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.

• General Notes

  August Reese moved to Oklahoma from Brown County, Kansas between 1905 and 1910. His parents Carl and Minnie immigrated from Germany.
  
  In 1910 he was living in Grant County, Oklahoma.
