Solomon Ambrose

Solomon was born in 1787 in Berkeley County, Virginia.¹   Solomon's father was William Henry Ambrose and his mother is Sarah. He had nine brothers and two sisters, named Mathias, William, Peter, Henry, Philip, John, Frederick, Jacob, Daniel, Peggy and Catherine.  He was the youngest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 69 in January 1856 in Chillicothe, Ross County, Ohio.¹
