Benjamin F. Rizer

Benjamin was born on January 13th, 1805 in Frederick County, Virginia.¹   Benjamin's father was George W. Rizer and his mother was Margaret "Peggy" Ambrose.  His maternal grandfather was William Henry Ambrose and his maternal grandmother is Sarah. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Jacob, George, William, Philip, Anne, Catherine, Sophia, Hetty and Maria.  He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 47 on January 6th, 1853.¹
