Jannetje Van Valkenburgh (Jane) 
Jannetje was born about 1790 and her christening took place on December 19th, 1790 in Dutch Reformed Church, Kinderhook, Columbia County, New York. Jannetje's father was Bartholomeus Van Valkenburgh and her mother was Catherine Pruyn. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Van Valkenburgh and Cathalyntie Leggett; her maternal grandparents were Harmon Pruyn and Jannetje Goes. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Jacob, Harman, Bartholomew, Francis, William, Elizabeth, Bata, Maria, Catherine and Lydia. She was the second oldest of the eleven children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Jacob and Catlinje.General Notes
