Susan Elizabeth Ambrose

Susan was born about 1810 in Virginia.¹   Susan's father was Daniel Ambrose and her mother was Sophia Marquart.  Her paternal grandfather was William Henry Ambrose and her paternal grandmother is Sarah. She had six brothers named Ambrose, Ambrose, Nelson, Nicholas, William and Mathias.  She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Jacob, Peter, Catherine and Ambrose.  She died in 1856.²
